I got out from behind my sewing machine yesterday and went out for a hike. It was a great day for a hike. I saw all kinds of signs of spring even though it is still weeks away. At least the snow in the valleys is going away quick now. These were all taken in Bell Canyon

The beauty of your pics never cease to amaze me! You should sell your pics to magazines.

It looks like you had a very nice hike!

I think I would put an ad in the paper, on FB, or flyers in the local feed store before you put too much effort into catching and too much money into housing "your pig." I mean, I totally agree that she SHOULD be your pig, that it would be BETTER OFF your pig, and that who ever used to have it may not even mind if she is your pig...... but if after all your hard work and expense (not to mention instant attachment) someone disagreed that it was your pig.........well, that would be bad.

Well I wasn't necessarily planning on getting attached to said pig nor spending much money/effort into "housing" said pig. I mean it should be my pig, because it is covered in delicious bacon.

THANK YOU.

I was unable to leave work early today, it was an epic day of feces, but I'm going out now to see if I can't locate the pig. The food dish that I left looks like it was ravished by rodents/birds. At least in the daylight I'll be able to see pig-prints.

Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha !!! I thought you wanted it for a pet. In that case, I agree with those that said it MUST be a feral pig. Carry on!

No sign of the pig. :(

I have, however, notified the neighbor that we talk to that we are in possession of butchering knowledge, a smoker and have smoked bacon before. We have agreed to split it halfsies if they kill it.

Does this mean I'm a redneck?
