Could the "Mary" have alluded to "had a little lamb, whose fleece was white as snow"? Anyway... just a passing thought. The selling has not gone as hoped or promised. One buyer is completely a no go (aunt wouldn't give her her trust money) and the other has not contacted me and I can't reach him (the 'deal changer"). <sigh> oh well, not counting chickens anymore before they hatch.

Well I am sorry to hear that. I wish I could say I was surprised but seems the world has gone flaky.
