Got a Christmas present done today... flip flop table runner. Her favorite color is yellow... And, she broke her ankle while visiting me because she was wearing flip flips out on the rocky coast.

I hope she loves it.

Any of you had to deal with egg eating snakes? Usually Chris gets up before me and handles the chicken chores. Today was my unlucky day. I went to open a coop and saw a snake. By the time I got Chris and his shotgun, the snake was gone. I have no idea what type of snake it is. I want it gone though. I would rather him not blow up another coop with his shotgun.

Scg we still only have dish here with the satelite dish on the roof. But we are going to buy the Fire Stick by Amazon.com for 39.99 so we can take it camping and have tv! YEAH!
I saw a post yesterday that anyone that has an edu email addy can get Amazon Prime for free!

I saw a wire cage of some type yesterday on FB where people put a few eggs in it and the snake goes in to get the eggs but can't get out. As the ends are curved inwards and up keeping them from getting out.

I can get a business account for the department but I do not think I can get one for myself. I will look into it though.

From what I have read, the wireless internet is better than the satellite.

We were coming back from our timber where we were getting a tractor bucket of sand for our coops and saw this.


It was to the west of us and traveling to the southeast. Just a cool air vortex. We stopped the tractor, grabbed a camera from the house and still had time to snap off good pictures of it.

I have to admit it was pretty exciting seeing one and knowing it wasn't going to cause anyone any harm.

My grandma put out stone eggs... Snake would eat one, crawl off and die. That actually wasn't her intention... They were supposed to just be dummy eggs so that the hens woild know where to lay... However, over the years the snakes made off with them all.

I bet the white eggs make your dark brown eggs pop!
