The Old Folks Home

Bit thin for my liking. He needs some meat on his bones.

Love the grim reaper horse! Probably cost a couple hundred for something like that from a store.
The jump roping horse is real, cirus horse. Didn't jump like that though, repeatedly. The horse was doing all the work.

Bunny you are right. No way the ears would show up on a true skeleton but hey works for me. ;-)
Beer can yup it was a bit pricey but I knew as soon as I saw it in the store I was probably going to buy it. You only live once.

It's not just the ears . . . the leg bones are waay massive, and a real horse's skull is, if anything, even creepier

But hey, it's spooky fun, not a comparative anatomy class.

Apparently, that company has created a whole line of skellies. A couple of days ago, BB2K and I were looking at a display of their cat and wolf skeletons at a local discount store. If you know cat anatomy, there is no muzzle to the skull at all, but the ones in the store had way more muzzle than any cat ever had (short of a lion, maybe). The wolf skeletons were huge. Out of curiosity, BB2K touched the hinged jaw of the wolf . . . .

It's loud. And a bit embarrassing in the confines of a store.

She shifted her feet, looked around, and asked quietly, "how do I make it stop?!"
