chicki, Frontier is not too bad here. They got off to a bad start, and the governor intervened. He got the Federal Communications Commission on it, and the Dept. of Agriculture & Consumer Services. When it was still taking too long, and nothing really being done, he got the Florida Attorney General on it. She started a hotline. First, those without service, or not getting all the services they paid for, she let Frontier know they were not entitled to bill those customers, or to bill them at the full rate. That hit them in the pocket book, so things started getting better quick. Secondly, she began filing lawsuits for those that lost phone service, because it endangered those customers, since they couldn't call for help in an emergency. Frontier got things under control real quick then. Our internet speeds were already some of the fastest in the country, and that hasn't changed.
