The Old Folks Home

I think I saw it at the local Amish general store. If they don't have the powder, I know they have flax seeds. I can always powder them with my mortar and pestle if the need arises. Thanks for the tip!
I have been able to get it at walmart here and sometimes costco. I keep it in the freezer

Sorry, not on the baker's thread. I would love any Korean, or Japanese recipes I can get, though. Good Korean recipes are hard to come by.
 
I like to add Goya to my beans and peas instead of bacon grease or ham bones now.
It gives them the wonderful flavor of having a smoked ham bone in them I also add a bit of onion and a pinch of baking soda. Thanks Clue I forgot. lol A friend of mine told me she does that.

What goya product do you add? They make a lot of different products.

The thing about the shank is that there are a lot of healthy things in it that gets into the beans.
