Last night I baked a chocolate cake, and frosted it with chocolate icing. I'm working on it too.

It is always a process with baking!

I will be using my butter cookie recipe and adding culinary lavender to it. I really like the butter cookie recipe I have and will eat the cookies un frosted.

butter cookies do not have leavening. I like them because short bread cookies have a taste to them from the baking soda.
