DD's new hubby needs to learn some manners

I used to wake up to coffee. Now DD’s new hubby drinks it all and I either get the dregs or he rebrews the old coffee and I get muddy water. Yech!

Just tell him if he empties the pot to make a FRESH pot. With a smile.

second time in a row, my child that is supposed to have the coffee ready in the morning, dropped the ball.

At least he didn't drop the cup of hot coffee on your foot.

Perhaps instead of something undesirable in his stocking, he could buy you a coffee maker with a timer. You get coffee, he is off the hook and has just a bit more time in the morning to do extra chores

Well, still here with power on and heat! Thank you for good wishes everyone.
MM, if my DH tried to pull that on me,,,,,, well, he just wouldn't dare unless he wanted to be sleeping with the chickens.

Got to sleep in a bit this morning but now it's time to get outside and clear off a roof or two. Still snowing but thankfully it's so cold that it's not the heavy wet stuff.

Oh, you know my new poor rescue kitty? We went to town yesterday to stock up on a few things ahead of the storm and foolish me, I bought a huge stuffed soft ball and a bottle of catnip spray. I now have a stoned cat TEARING thru the house attacking everything it sees (or thinks it sees) DH and the pup have went into hiding

I would like to ask for positive thoughts for my oldest DD. I told her to call the police and go to a women's shelter. Everyone has done all they can do for her and then some.
And she needs to help herself. She has never had to stand on her own two feet and work to provide for anyone before. I pray she can do it.

Just can't keep up with you guys! Oh well, should be able to tomorrow if the snow removal doesn't take too long. Just waiting n0w for the storm to roll in. At least the temps won't drop any lower now. Better hit the sack in case the power goes and I have to crank up the fireplace.

I hope you do not have too much snow to remove!

Time for a bigger coffee pot! Or a smaller one in your bedroom that you can program!
