The Old Folks Home

Thanks! Hubby buys everything on line but i like to look around. Got some spring bulbs, 75% off. A trellis and a push broom for the workshop cheap. Had a good time. Would have been better if i had a buddy to shop with.

They took away my driving when I became legally blind so it is either BF or James that are with me

I love to shop, whether it's for me or someone that needs a shopper. I love the thrill of the hunt the stare downs when someone thinks I will blink and they can take the treasure - HA!! The high when I come away the victor.

Sometimes it is just about the hunt. When I actually have the item in my hands, & don't want it anymore. I hand it over to the loser. :idunno Must be predator instincts in me BUT, I do not push glasses and priceless heirlooms off shelves or tables just to see what happens when they fall. No nails so I can't scratch. Obviously no feline blood in me.

Bad thing is, no money to pay for this . What a shame.

I don't like shopping with hubby because he always says i don't need whatever it is. So i might as well stay home as go with him!

BF has seen me kneading the bread by hand I have arthritis bad in hands he would have skimped to buy me the 200.00 refurbished kitchen aid. I used my last sunbeam after Ma had it 30 years then I have used it and the refurbished for 185 but is a lower wattage than the one we got today for 49.99 Sunbeam see if the new one will last another 65 years long after I am gone

Probably not, they don't make things to last any more.

Hey @penny1960. How can I thank you for telling us about the aspercream with lidocaine? You girl, are a saint! I experimented tonight and massaged it into my right foot. Most of my pain is on the top of my foot where the doctor found suspicious nodules so I concentrated there and waited, got up, walked around. Left foot ached, right foot.......didn't!

Early results look good. Massaged both feet and now I'm heading for bed.

Saying thank you when somebody helps you ease pain just doesn't seem like enough so I will say Bless You! :bow
