the long darkened rectangle represents a door to the existing kitchen.... they will be back to back.

I didnt do a floor plan of the storage area because I wont know how much room I will have.

But I did do elevations. if it says in out its canned goods stuff I wont can my self
All shelving is wire and exists in various kitchen supply sources... Wood countertops.

The trollys will have to be made by me or drawn up for someone else to build... home canned foods will fill drawers so each one can be inspected and selected as needed...

Very small Chiller for brining and or hanging hams or chickens.. plus Sausages and or other stuff. Again wire shelving for storage. The one on the end is big enough for the pressure cooker.

It's still snowing, and the snow was very deep in parts because the snowmobiles hadn't had a long enough time to pack it down.

How many of those 4.3 miles did you have to carry the dog through the deep snow?

And said with all due affection. Didn't I predict that you and that pup would become best friends? Look at all the exercise you are getting with her! Honestly, she is such a doll she makes me want a blood hound. Our Walker Coon hound mix is one of the best dogs I've ever been owned by.

Put the eggs in lock down. Now the waiting begins.

The week continues to meet expectations of crap. I now have to work tomorrow. The snow compacted today and was like concrete trying to get rid of it. I did a D- job... and the ground started to thaw again so if you've never hit 2 inches of chicken sludge with a snowblower and aerosolized it, you have no idea what you're missing. Almost lost my lunch.

I have tasted such sludge before...I don't recommend it.

But for truly bad... A friend of mine just realized that the reason their water suddenly started tasting bad. .. was because a mink had crawled into their water storage and died. yumm.... not...

Summer kitchens are very big around here with the Amish women. Trust me when you have been in one of their houses in June with the cook stove going you understand why. Most have summer ovens out in the back yard in order to bake bread but I'm still trying to figure out why one had the windows closed in June with the cook stove going saying she was trying to keep the cool air in when it was 75 outside and about 95 inside.

yeah, I love cans on pull out drawers, so much easier to find stuff! That is what we have in our pantry.

Amazing how much more you can store when you swap out the shelves for pull out drawers.
