I agree 100%. If they are going to agree to ship living animals in a reasonable amount of time they had better have a back up plan in place if there is a delay. If they cannot deliver the goods alive and well then they shouldn't be shipping them at all. UPS and FedX have the right idea. If you can't do the job don't accept the job
Too bad DHL doesn't do live deliveries. We have found them to be about the top of the line when it comes to delivering things fast.
I wonder why a news agency, like FOX or OAN doesn't run a story about this and the ineptitude of the USPS when it comes to handling animals. They jump all over stories about United Airlines killing dogs on their flights.
