The Old Folks Home

Dont Ask Dont tell.... thats my policy.. actually its resolving on its own without Black Bean infusion.... :gig
I like getting in early and being taken in early. Makes it all much smoother. You will be able to have beans again after the course of treatment is over!

Sorry you have to miss out on them

Like a cartoon my husband had under the glass on his office desk. It was a man standing buck naked in front of the eye chart. The doctor looks at him and says 'I take it you have never had your eyes examined before.'

Just came in. Have a pen ready fr the new birds so they can be outside. One of the problems with kennel panels is that young birds can just pop right through when they want to. Tomorrow I plan to clean the coop and move their grow out pen out there so they can get used to being around other chickens. I can put them outside on nice days until they get big enough not to get through the fence.

It actually feels like spring today. 56 degrees and sunshine. I hear people out mowing lawns already.....silly people. Who is in a hurry to do that?
I always run hardware cloth along the bottom of the kennel panels to keep coons from reaching in and young chickens getting out. I make an L shape out of the HC, bury a foot of it, the other foot is bent up and wired in place.
