I use this recipe mostly.
Though I double the batch cause the kids will eat it all up before I get a second piece if I don't, and bake it longer cause of the size.
And I no longer pre-heat the Dutch oven, kinda hard to put the dough into it without it deflating some, maybe if I used parchment paper it would be easier. So I just let it rise the second time in the dutch oven and then toss it in. I just use a cast iron one with a dusting of corn flour in the bottom, it doesn't stick and shrinks a little so it's easy to get out.

There was another recipe for no-knead I was going to try that you make a big batch and put it in the fridge, lop of a chunk of the dough everyday to bake, if I was going to make it multiple days.
