@NotAFarm when I first saw those pics, I thought you had done Halloween decorating. I have some serious spiders here that are doing webs from tree branches to the ground. These stretch over 20 feet vertically. Haven't seen the spiders making them but have accidentally walked into some of the tie down strands. Was like walking into an actual string.

No Halloween decorating unless done by the critters that share our property!
The smaller ones are on a trellis that belongs to a Japanese climbing hydrangea. The trellis does look "cathedral windowish".
I hate hitting the webs between trees when mowing....wearing a wide brim hat helps to keep them off my face.

I don't mind walking through spider webs (unless they get down my back) but walking through a forest of worms pooping and dangling from silk threads...

Assuming they can be caught. That may be possible if they ordered something that has to be shipped to them. But then the authorities have to decide they want to chase it down.

Hello All! Sorry I have been off here so long. Without chickens, I rarely come on here. The pictures above are from SCG and my trip to Utah. It was an excellent vacation and now I just want to move there and either open a B&B or run a hiking guide company. I would love to do nothing but walk around these gorgeous places all day and take pictures. I hope all are doing well. Not sure if I will come on very often but I will try to remember to come on more often at least!

Please do!! Nice to "see" you here again. I always enjoyed the @Wisher1000, @dsqard and @superchemicalgirl "antics". Don't have to have chickens to hang out in this thread!

Good morning all! Fall is here. Temp 45 here this morning. Neighbor is coming over to help us take down a large dead oak tree near the fence line for a share of the firewood so we will be out in the timber most of the morning. Our friend is still in ICU but showing some improvement which is good news. Bad news is that he is still in ICU after 7 days.

Here is a picture of the spiderweb on our deck. You can't tell but it is stretched across a shepherd's staff hook holding our humming bird feeder. Impressive little engineers.

You can see spidey in the center.

I am so sorry Chicka that that happened to you. Paypal is always telling me that they are fort Knox safe....yeah right. I would lock out or close that account some how.

I had an Identity theft of over 9000$ once. Somebody used my credit card and bought a diamond tennis bracelet with it. My Credit Card company was great to work with as I have theft protection on my card. They finally found out who did it and called me asking if I knew this person. I didn't so they went after them.

DH had his identity stolen more than once. One time to fund a trip to France for somebody and the other time when an employee took out a credit card in his name and spent 10,000 on it......on top of stealing over 40,000 from his office account.

I absolutely positively HATE a thief!
