Got 2 quilt tops cut out and pieced from bf's stepdads clothing. his mom wanted a baby quilt for the 6 month old granddaughter. I think it's weird, but I do what I'm asked. I cut them all carefully enough I had enough for a throw blanket for her.

Gotta get them measured then go buy backings for them.

She also bites her fingers when eating popcorn.... she just can't understand how some people can eat popcorn so easily.

I'm slowly but surely adding to my recipe collection thanks to Ron, as well as many others here. Some I may never use, but they all (most) look so easy and the results appear so delish (for those who actually share pictures as well)!

I am looking for a sewing machine table. Seems like all the ones i see for sale have machines in them. I have like 4 sewing machines i think.

I have a woman friend whom I have helped move (several times) who is huge into sewing. She has a daughter that majored in dance and she used to make all the costumes and stuff for her and her group/troupe throughout her years in school, grade through college. She has like 20+ machines, many are collector's items and date back to the early 20th century. (<--- boy, doesn't typing that seem weird as I've lived over 1/2 my life in that century )

My Ma told me to buy a white when I started quilting but couldn't see hand sew so found one from before she was born she came to stay tickled she said mine has power great Grandmas was treadle and wore her out she had to try the knee feed just recently sold it but still have the little green machine by viking one of the last made in Sweden A21
