The Old Folks Home

Good night Penny, only just past midnight here
I am sure that Diva knows better...

But for the rest of us... a public service announcement.

If you grab a chocolate and take it to bed for a late night snack... don't forget that you did so.....

:sick

Melted chocolate on sheets. Nasty!

Another Monday - dank, damp and dreary. Good morning, Oldies but Goldies.

Lubbock is actually ~437 miles away
You would do better to go to one in Rockwall ;) Current basic membership is $60 so yes you do need to ensure you save enough money to pay for that. I don't usually buy meat at Costco, regular price doesn't seem much better than the regular store and it is "Costco quantity" which means I would have to freeze much of it anyway.

Lol, you have the ducks in the moose pond and chickens in he duck pen, silly Alaskan. :p
He probably drives on the parkway and parks in the driveway as well.

Went bow hunting today and came home with a 'lobster' .
Got it with the first arrow? How far away? I'm sure you didn't want to get too close, might spook it.

Big weather change here this morning. Had the AC on for a couple hours yesterday evening cause it was 78° inside and damp. Went out to do goat chores this morning and it's 45°, chilly, and wet. Still 70 inside, so no added heat yet, but there's a huge front to the west of me moving toward, so may get even cooler here over the day. Forecast for tonight is basically what we have right now. With the wind/damp chill, it feels like high 30s. I was out for almost an hour with just a long sleeve faux turtleneck and jeans (well, and slip ons as well). Got pretty cool.

Hope y'all are having a good start to your week.

What kind of chocolate??:drool

It was an off brand peanutbutter cup. :sick

Not even very good.... too sweet... but they sure are inexpensive.

I let it harden back up, then ate it... but it was a very difficult process to get all of the chocolate and peanut butter off of the wrapper. It was kind of squished.
