The Old Folks Home

It was an off brand peanutbutter cup. :sick

Not even very good.... too sweet... but they sure are inexpensive.

I let it harden back up, then ate it... but it was a very difficult process to get all of the chocolate and peanut butter off of the wrapper. It was kind of squished.

Didn't sleep till way after 3 am no chocolate it has caffeine  took tylenol pm still was awake :idunno tough to get moving this morning finally managed :th

We are under a red flag fire danger until 11pm tonight.

:fl

We AREN'T under any kind of warning at all!:wee

Seriously, Ron, I wish there was some way to direct some of the outrageous amount of precipitation we've experienced this year to folks like you who could benefit so much from it. We may accept the hazards of our chosen abodes, but they can really weary one sometimes, can't they?

Stay safe.

I know! It would be great to get some rain here.

It will be nice when we move out of so much fire danger for srue

Will have to play catch up later. Busy weekend plus Ms. Fosamax and I did not hit it off as friends. Took my first and last one. Spent two days feeling like I was run over by a bus. Upset stomach, body aches, blah blah blah. Life is too short. Finally got a semi good night's sleep last night so I'm feeling better today.

We had our first snow overnight. DH was up and said that big flakes were coming down. They were calling for it to be 35. Well, SURPRISE! There was ice on my water bucket this morning. When it is going to rain I always leave a few buckets out to catch fresh rain water for the birds and there was a skin of ice over the water so it definitely went below freezing.

Not ready for winter. Heading out to pick apples now as they are calling for sub freezing temps tonight.

Stay safe Ron!

Precipitation has shifted from rain to sleet to snow to hail and back to snow. Right now it is sunny. Although it is early, this is lake-effect showers coming down from Lake Superior. Just an unnecessary sign of unfortunate events to come.

I got word last week that we are going to have a longer than normal winter. This guy crawled up on my porch and onto one of my egg baskets sitting there to give me the heads up.
