I love my metal roof. I don't hear it anymore, usually (and I love hearing it). Kinda like I don't hear the 4 (or is it 5) roosters outside and a herd of guinea, anymore.

I figure the more admin stuff I have to do the less I actually have time to do the real work. I will admit that at my real work I'm making more of a difference as a supervisor because I can effectively hire (or fire), train folks the right way, make the right (sensical and safe) rules than one person can do alone... but I'd still rather do the work myself than lead.
