Wonderful picture @CapricornFarm. You DIL is the picture of contentment and joy. Hope you all have a wonderful visit.

Royally p'ed off at my rheumy this morning. I called them on Friday to tell them I had had an adverse reaction to the allopurinol at the increased dosage and had been miserable since then. They promised me they would talk to the PA and phone me back on Monday. Well today is Tuesday and no call. This is the second time this has happened. May be looking for a new rheumy. In the meantime I'm operating without a gout med and praying I don't have a flare.

We finally got the lawn all mowed....in time for more rain. I'm hitting the road today looking for a chicken butcherer in Yoder-ville meaning the nickname for the Amish community around us. The bite wound on my left hand is mildly infected and two scratches on the right hand are still red. Everything else has healed up but I'm in no shape to do home butchering right now.

Glad you WEREN'T in the tornado! I've seen cold air funnels and DH has taken pictures of it that were in the local news paper but I've never seen a real tornado....and don't want to. BTW.

I won the material I was hoping to use as a backing on my quilt on Ebay!I got it for almost a third of the price that I would have had to pay for the same material at Joann's so I was thrilled.

Bone head Labrador is his only problem rescued him at a year old he is 5 now
and just as frustrating but love him even so

Was a young kid saw a twister up on hill being born, next thing my half sister was pulling my butt into a ditch I wanted to watch
