Cherry amaretto jam is a favorite here, as is adding peaches to it.

I'm down 1 lb since last November. That was a really hard pound to lose. I am down about an inch and a half according to my belt, but it's not reflecting in the scale. I am trying to eat sensibly, not starve myself... because starving myself usually ends after a day of me being really crabby, in a Cookie Monster-like eating frenzy around 7 pm.
I have walked hundreds of miles, done some minor weight lifting/squats/lunges/etc as well as not so much dieting but eating more sensibly, not snacking, etc and my efforts have been rewarded with a pound.
What I'm trying to say is, I really want those cherries. In a giant pie. Or jam. Or straight, spitting pits out my window.
