The Old Folks Home

ron, that's a good looking chicken..what is that?!

Have to welcome our newcomer! I am sure no one will mind that you drink the coffee you make yourself at your very own house. I agree, it's just coffee..but then again, I don't drink coffee!!

tick!
That is an EO Marraduna Basque Cockerel. He was my favorite but I had to send him to Rooster Rescue.

OK, I'm old. I see where it is now. I think I need coffee!

I'm NOT a coffee snob... Much. I do have a Keurig coffee unit and buy various brands of coffee for it. Well, for me. I drink coffee black and seldom go for the flavored coffees, but I do like to try different brands. I like Peet's better than Starbucks, but the latter is pretty good; I was pleased when Starbucks finally made Keurig K-cups. My favorite, though, is Green Mountain.
So much better one cup brewed at a time! Very easy to provide a cup or few of coffee for guests.

Ummm guests... Not many of 'em. Just HH and her husband FL. My contractor. My month-long house guest... So plenty of coffee for me! One cup at a time.

Glad you joined us tick. Have to say - I love love love love Starbucks but the nearest one is 30 mins from my house. I do buy ground Starbucks but have recently tried the Gevalia in the yellow bag. It's really tasty. Had to go to decaf tho because of blood pressure :( But the Gevalia decaff is wonderful.

Here is another picture of him:

This is a picture of two of his sisters:

I still have the sisters!
Oh he's pretty! I'm going to be taking 3 roos and the pair of Blue Coppers to drop them off in a few. :(

I lied this morning. I made a pot of coffee and all of a sudden I thought cream and sugar was a good Idea. Then I saw the can of whipping cream and it was on. Put the top on the cup and stated drinking. Then I kept hearing a clunk in my cup and thought ewwwww, what fell in there. Opened it up and I had forgotten to take out the spoon. Better stick to black. LOL

I can drink tea but prefer coffee. I am not a snob about it but I do go ga-ga over the pumpkin spice creamer that comes out around the holidays every year. I am always bummed when the stores run out and I have to wait months again to see it. So SCG Bryce or Zion first? I am thinking Zion might make better sense since we will be a little closer to it and then we can hit Bryce for a second (short) day the day we head back since it is on the way back to Stockton. Sound good?

That's fine with me. As long as I have something to ogle I'm happy.

I was gunna bust out my books as soon as I got the chores done. I am such a slug today.
