The Old Folks Home

I am amazed at how gorgeous those mountains are, Cyn. What a view. I love ours, too... the pine trees with the barren deciduous trees contrasting with the snow is one of the first things I liked about this place. It's a unique look.

We got about an inch overnight. Still not enough to shovel.

I start my bee class tonight. Hopefully I can stay awake for it.

Let us know how it goes

I have always been a late to bed and early to rise for most my life. From a surfer in Cali as a boy and teen, to the service, you got to love the jungles, to my job. So now it is a normal thing. anything over 6 hours is a waste... mostly 4 to 5 hours and I am up and ready to go.
Looking back here, I know this subject has come and gone but that's how I roll.

maybe some rain, most likely some gust the next couple of days. Good thing I got alot done the last 2 days and what gets done today.

Enjoy what you have.

yes i look on there too(vA) So where were you raised. I am from the d..c area but my dh was in air force and we lived all over the world.

Sounds familiar. My father was in the Air Force, so we were "nomads", too. Lived in the DC area and Norfolk for a few years, after returning from Puerto Rico and Trinidad. This was many, many moons ago.

My stepdad was in the air force. That's why we were in Florida. Moved from MO. to Florida. And yes, many, many, moons ago also.

Was hoping someone else had an idea. It's the weight I've gained since my husband died. He'd be wondering what happened to me if he saw me now. I swear I'm going to lose this starting next mont, or sooner. No matter how long it takes. I have way too many clothes I could be wearing to not do something about it.
