I finally quit mine. Kinda wish I still had it, because I've migrated to attacking my cuticles.
I want to share with you all that I am typing this from my NEW FURNITURE.
I only had new furniture once before when our house was gutted by a fire when the kids were toddlers...and that was so worn out that no one took it off the curb despite living on a busy street in a big college town where broken stuff disappears from the curb before you make it back up on your porch. The giant dogs getting up on the furniture hadn't helped at all. This furniture will NOT have any animals on it, and I've threatened my kids that they soil it, it's sold to them and I'll be requiring them to purchase replacements. I have dog throws on the couch, loveseat, and a blanket on the chair...these have velcro to hold on the cushions so you can't flip the cushions over to the 'company' side...that's unfortunate.
*sigh* lovely furniture in the midst of a chaotic, jumbled, cluttered home.
