So true.

My son is doing his first overnight this weekend with boy scouts and I AM TERRIFIED!! I guard my kids like a hawk-- I let them stretch their abilities but I'm ever viligent about heading off unwarrented dangers. I'm terrified because I know how much kids need supervision to stay safe. I'm still learning to trust these scout leaders who I don't know very well yet. Did I mention I am Terrified?

Yogurt! Make yogurt in your crockpot with your milk. I bet it would be awesome. If you don't like yogurt, the chickens will!

You are giving me heart failure!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I often think of this, really , I imagine how I will feel on that day. I talk about car safety NOW!!! Cell phones, turn off radio, no friends in the car-- I"ve covered it all allready!! Just in bits here and there to p lant the seed of safety on the road. I explain why I need a question to be repeated-- something needed my FULL attention on the road. I work hard to be a good example of a good driver.

ANd I will still be terrified on the day he drives out of our driveway on his own for the first time!!! Fortunately I have a long drive and he can practice there until he is old and gray!!! lol
