The Old Folks Home

I've never preserved tomato seeds that way. I always just extract them from mature fruit, spread them out to dry and that's it.
i germinate my seeds in a wet paper towel, inside of a sandwich baggie, inside of a black garbage bag, on top of my dryer. If i dont ferment em, they mold before they sprout. Then i have special needs plants.

How do yall do it? Ive also got some purple cherokee tomatoes. They make a crazy looking salsa. This is the 5th season keeping the seeds alive by fermenting. Im open to ideas tho.

Ron your chicks are so cute! I just want to cuddle them!!! Awww I just love little chicks.

How awful Ron. I hope they get the fire put out ASAP!

I do too. We are so dry now that the fire conditions are more like the end of the fire season here. I hope everyone is very careful with fire until it starts raining in October or November.
