I've been told I have MS. It is mild. Thank goodness. I just say treat the symptoms. How is your dad ron? Is he walking around ok? Have his good days, bad days I suppose.
Dad was diagnosed with MS in 1968. He had the bad kind--attacks and the loss of something to use and then remission. in the 80s he lost the ability to walk and was Wheel Chair bound. In the mid 90s he lost Bladder control and had a catheter and a home care nurse. He passed in 2002 from congestive heart failure.
The treatment is much better now. Dad was one of the early cases to be called MS and they did things wrong, namely telling them not to tire themselves out so now exercise--that leads to muscle wasting and often congestive heart failure.
There is a lot of hope for you!
