Any ideas on cooking this?

I like it in soup. Cube it Cook it with potato cubes, and whatever else you feel like soup wise... I cook until the potato is soft, puree it all, put it back in the pot, season as you like then serve with toast.

Talk about gross, I was lazy an didn't gut the possum. as I was grilling it and turned it a hole opened in it's back and all the guts came pouring out.

I have a morbid sense of humour and that image cracked me up

I thought about deleting my post but I knew the total weight of the OFH would go down quite a few pounds so I did it for everyone's welfare.

It was worse to actually see it. The roundworms came pouring out as well so I kept it on the fire and under the grill cover. Hopefully there was nothing left viable in the parasitic realm. It first went into the pullet pen and they really piled on, grabbing bits of meat and chasing each other around for them.
