I think most of us have been guilty of some of these to some extent at some time; it seems to be a matter of degree, frequency and (probably) whether someone else takes exception to it.

It seems to me that most of those infractions go on everyday - I always think ooh ooh and nothing happens. So I really don't know what is the trigger. Profiling maybe?
