I got some pansy plugs once that I swear, I think the plane made a low pass over the runway and they just pushed the box out the door. Gives "drop ship" a whole new meaning.

Just got a giant (giant is a relative term) glass splinter stuck in my finger. It was on the counter, I thought it was a piece of bread crust and I slid my hand over the counter quickly to brush it off. It brushed right into the tip of my finger and deeper into the pad.

I tried to pull it out and it broke off about halfway, leaving the far end lodged into my finger.

Had to make a quick decision - go to ER or dig it out myself. With some screaming and a lot of digging I got it out myself. Crappy part of all this was I was headed into my sewing room to sew. Guess I'll be reading, instead.

Looks like you've had plenty to keep you busy in Paradise. I love the bamboo fence....looks kind of similar to the coyote fences we have here in the Southwest.

Somebody else can provide a summary....I'm just pulled in so many directions right now that I'm pretty much of a space cadet.

BC, here the cars have a emission based tax, plus VAT. You can probably estimate between 30-100% more expensive than what they cost there depending on the car. Ford Mondeo (like the Fusion there) starts at around 30k, a Toyota Land Cruiser V8 is about 160k, and that's in euros.

Yes. Honey and aloe vera are the two most counterfeit items in the US.

Once you taste real honey you know the stuff in the stores is fake and disgusting.

This made me make a....scringe face.. I scringed. Which finger?
