The Old Folks Home

I have to admit they're in a 12 inch diameter cast iron pan... so not quite rolls but more like 4 half-loaves. Ron has a great recipe for trinity rolls, which is the same idea but put into tins for rolls. Maybe he'll post that for you.

This is what I would make. I freeze the left overs.

The three pieces are great, all thirds get butter and then apricot jam on one, raspberry on another and then local honey on the third....

It's cold here. Soup is on, bread just came out of the oven. Time to have some warm and comforting dinner.

I made soup too...not too excited about it..used a different stock, and either it really is a yucky taste .. or, my taste buds are used to the other way. My DH ate it up..my son will too. Those rolls right there look very good!

Ok, this is scary. I know a lot of snow is falling out there for someone's area..slow down! These cars looked like they were going pretty fast for how the weather is. And of course you know, if it rained today, and it is getting below freezing tonight, there will be black ice later on and in the morning.
This may be hard for some to watch, especially when you know that the van that hit the truck, then had a truck hit it from behind, well, not looking so hopeful. :/
Drive safe everyone!
