ahhh OK, I think I get it. Thanks for the explanation. That was what I visualized was a pin passing through the nostrils. Can't be that comfortable for the bird, but guess that's the punishment for picking.

The peepers are not as extreme as some of the solutions and punishments for feather-plucking/eating and bullying. I really like my birds and don't want to vote them off the island or some other fate... "Time out into the soup pot!)

As was, they were hating solitary confinement in the garage in the dog crate (chicken jail) for their transgressions/aggressions. It'll be interesting to see if this totally changes the pecking order in the coop or if everyone will just be more relaxed.

I caught a possum.(This is the correct spelling God talks like I talk thank u). Krista thinks its sweet and is feeding it and slipped a water bowl in there. Booo. My vote was death.
My 5yr old son reminded me what I told him on our 1st hunting trip. If you kill something, you need to eat it.
Soooo. I posted a craigslist ad. Check it out dothan.craigslist.org. For Sale free section. Free possum.
A person wants the possum tomorrow. I told her the possum was trying to get to our chickens. She asked what breeds we had. Long story short. She is taking the possum, and buying $75 worth of chicks.
