Exactly. They so got me the first year I was a member on April Fool's day but this one seems a little lame.

I still aluminum foil in my nest boxes

I didn't have aluminium foil in the nests, but I did insulate a nest box with space blanket during the winter while it was being used for brooding. Worked well, raised the temp in there by about 10F while it was occupied.

Besides, pretty hard to believe he would "retire" his own wife. Not usually the best kind of decision. Just sayin'...
