That is great Linda. My friend in Georgia had hip replacement surgery on Monday. No word from her yet. But she had lost a lot of weight before hand. OH these people with self control - make me look bad.

Maybe we should have the "68" club of course we will be hitting that number in different months.

Not all mustards are good, but Dijon I really like.

the tent actually is sealed so that all the juices remain in the pan... For all intents and purposes its a form of steaming.... this is how we cook our turkey....

I like Dijon but only added very sparingly. I went on a mustard kick years ago using it on everything..... so... I went off mustard a very long time..... its a good emulsifier for salad dressing....

Some people marinade in Italian dressing.... I got over that one too. I prefer makin up my own stuff.

Maybe we can get the garden tilled this weekend and get them in. It's still been pretty cold - had some ice on the waterers a few days ago and snow less than a week ago. I fear this is not going to be a good year for veggies. Good thing those are cool weather crops.

Deb, I like using a cast iron pot with a lid. I've never tried the dressing marinade, but it sounds suspicious. I like mixing my own marinades too.
