The Old Folks Home

Here you can usually rent a trailer from the hardware store for like 10-20 euros. And my favorite store lets you borrow one for 3 hours for free.

I could do that but then I would have to hire someone to unload the trailer. Hardware store is 60 miles from home.... or a little over 96 Km.

The sima/ginger ale turned out great. Super tasty. We just whipped up another batch of it. I might get need to get a bigger container for making it, this is pretty fun. And it looks really pretty. I made it a bit darker this time, it has a lovely amber color now. And I switched the lime to lemons, and added more ginger. I was amazed at how nicely we managed to carbonate it, it had just the right amount of fizz to it.
