The Old Folks Home

Well, Dude, that depends on how long you have been on BYC.  It was not a mystery at first, but became a mystery as time went on.  Don't worry Alaskan, my lips are sealed.

I have been here long enough to know. My lips are sealed against a beer bottle lol

I think Alaskan is a person of mystery, always refers to marriage as spouse.
I voted for a road trip to Alaska awhile ago, we all couldn't figure out who would be designated drinker. The only request Alaskan made was 'bring food!' Lol!

Alaskan's gender only became a mystery because of an assumption by another member, and it then became a sort of running gag - getting more entertaining as it went along. I knows what I knows . . . . .

Now wait a minute. No one should call Dear Alaskan an "It." Everybody should choose a side and use the corresponding pronoun. Now, if you know, you should only call Alaskan, Alaskan, or Al for short.

Even a baby is an .. it... for a lot of folks before they know the gender...what is....it? Boy, or girl? Not everyone .. should choose a side.

I still call it,.. the avatar named Alaskan,... a him, or a her, what ever comes along while typing.

Seems to be a pretty nice person though. Sure can say that twice. Would love to see some photos of him. Notice she is avoiding this conversation.
