Yep... Starting tomorrow I want to start tracking my measurements. I know I am loosing but I fell off the wagon the other night... Cooked five pounds of bacon and had four eggs for dinner... but I kept the bacon count down to four slices. My LOW carb son scarfed the rest... We let grandma have three slices....... It was a case of cook it or risk loosing it... been in the refrigerator close to too long.![]()
the good part is I didnt graze through the cooking process... but I was kind of feral about my four pieces... I actually hid them between two paper plates.
There were six eggs left in the fridge and they too were coming EOL.. military for End of Life... My son wanted two... I had the rest.
But I think the good part was I handled it... I wrote everthing down and the point calculator said I had done well. I only went over my daily allotment by one point.
Plus I was eating Hangry all week. a combination of the words Hungry and Angry all at the same time... My son says its brought on by stress.... So I neeeeed an outlet. Either for drawing or painting or crafting or some thing OTHER than the internet or sleeping.
Add to the fact that its been tripple digits this past week. I normally handle heat very well.... but i have to do it on my terms.

e We all have set backs on our goals but the important thing is to never give up.
If you can find something like that or if you know something that will distract your mind from what is bothering you, it may be easier to let go of eating hangry. I agree with Cynthia on this one, it is so hard to break bad eating habits because you always have to eat. Not like you can quit eating cold turkey
(pun intended) Keep sharing your journey, we will keep cheering you on even if you hit areas of discouragement. You are doing AWESOME and we want you to live too!
