Dang! Some of the lightning photos in "ride the lightning" were AWESOME! Lightning is pretty crazy stuff.

They tossed a few aurora photos in there too.

BTW some lightening discharges go up too. pretty amazing stuff.

That was the second one to hatch. I have 37 eggs in there and expect a lot of them to hatch!

I will need to sell some of them.

Ham hocks, black eyed peas, collard greens, cornbread, neck bones and rice, and grilled pork tenderloin on our new years menu tomorrow. What is traditional for yall?

We are overnight soaking dried bagged ones from walmart.

Soaking them... inside or out?
