The Old Folks Home

I paid something like 35$ for a big box of it at the local MFA. Worth every penny. We have timber all around us so mice all the time and the occasional rat are ongoing combats on our farm. When we took possession of the place it wasn't unusual to enter the barn and see mice running along the wall boards. We would saw logs and open up hollow areas and have mice poke their heads out at us. It took us a year to get the problem under control in the house.

One Bite is a Godsend.

May be great for if no outside pets but one bite will kill the cats or the dogs
thankfully no rat's here but 22 would be my method Washington lower end do
not have Amish maybe Oregon does not sure wish so as they make beautiful furniture
but with that said there is store front in Kitsap County here with Amish furniture
but high end retail pretty sure not them directly

Wisher so sorry to hear about your dad. It is so hard to deal with the ones we love growing older. Lots of prayers and

to you and your family.
Got a chance to have some fun with the grands this past weekend. Can't believe how fast they are growing up.

Such super adorable kids. That little boy looks like he would be a blast to be around and little girl is too adorable to be legal.

Yeah, One Bite is great but I have to be so super careful with it. I wear rubber gloves when I handle it and any place it gets put has to be where pets can't get to it or the chickens.I only get out as much as I'm going to need and then carry it around in a plastic baggy that gets tossed in the trash where nothing can get to it when empty. I've tried everything from sticky traps to spring styled traps but didn't get things under control until we switched to One Bite and baited the basement crawlspace and the attic. For awhile we were re-baiting every week, then slowly we noticed that the bait was lasting longer. We still have hot spots, mainly in out buildings but I seriously do not know how the Amish family that lived here before we did stood it. I have a sensitive sense of smell and it seemed like forever that I was entering the house with a spray bottle of Fabreeze spraying it as I walked. Now we very rarely have to bait the attic. Our 5 house cats keep things under control in the house. I just wish they would stop leaving their trophies ....usually just half of them, in front of the wood stove.

first time I ever passed out was attending a pig castration....    I think they were more upset over being tied up than the actual ""surgery""...

but still nothing screams like a pig....l

I thought mama was gonna bust out of her stall. She so wanted to get us. Have her in a stall away from them now so that we can get her weight back up.
