I am fond of butter pecan. Yumm!!!

That small tub of pistachio I bought, thinking it was mint...took MONTHS before one of my kids with zero taste would finally eat it.

Talking of odd.... neighbors called..asking one of my kids to run over and grab a dead animal carcass.

After sucking on needles coated in weasel blood today...it made me start wondering. ...

I don't think my family is normal....

They came over without the tags so they were not sorted. Many of them do not have images and they lost the cover image. We have to sort them and add the image back in.

I suspect that day may be coming for me. ..have to say I'm less bothered by the idea since learning my eldest sister went that route a few years ago and is beyond happy.

Alaskan , had another incident of bringing home wrong flavor of ice cream. This is getting to be common with me - I naturally grabbed at "HD Rocky Road," when I unbagged at home it turned into "Butter Pecan." I think Shady Pines is looming in my future

PS The Butter Pecan was actually VERY good!

At least it turned out all right, would be crushing if it were a flavor you just couldn't bring yourself to eat. I can get you all set up at shady pines, though perhaps you'd like to explore options that would allow you to agree in place. ...that is my specialty these days, lol

Nope...my kids were thrilled.

They like skinning things. I was telling them that the heads on the driveway really need to get picked up. If they wanna stick them on the fence...all well and good...but left on the driveway and lawn is just tacky.

Yesterday when I pulled onto the road I live on, I discovered the house at the end had brought home an enormous metal rooster. I almost drove off the road.
Here I had been feeling bad that I probably have 15 or so roosters, plus the toms gobbling, the goats screaming and the flock of possessed guinea hens...
Either they're making fun of it, or they like it.

I'm going with they like it.
