We're not too awful much north of there in northeastern edge of Langlade county. Our "back forty" borders Oneida.

You folks do know that if it's really cold out, you can put a garbage bag in a big bucket, and use it as a toilet, so you don't have to drop trou in the freezing cold? Simply remove the garbage bag daily, and replace.

Been there and have not so fond memories of doing that! Makes things easier if you happen to have a spare toilet seat

I bet the rattle snake was scared too!

he was sleeping on my back porch step just outside the back door. I didnt find him till I was heading back ... IN. Stick wacked on the ground made him move away from me... I stopped sleeping with the sliding door open after that.... Kept the screen door shut.

actually i am considering a sawdust toilet as part of a master bedroom conversion....

Keep the urine separate and it minimizes odor.
