The Old Folks Home

Micro, i love Halloween too! I used to have a ton of decorations but DH threw most of it out when we left TN because the mice got into it. No one will trick or treat at our house , it is too remote.
More candy and chocolate for you?? chochypnosmiley.gif

I plan to get hens bred to specific roosters for a specific hatch for someone. And probably get the incubator ready. (I'm super late)

Get my traps set, again, because something visited last night. I have suspicions one trap caught it and it got away. Will have to rectify that.

Other than that I'm not sure...too many things to list and I don't know where to start.
Maybe just attack at will.:p :wee

I still gotta pick apples, maybe next weekend.

I did manage to get the oil changed, and the car washed. I'll start waxing when it cools down, it's freaking 80F out there! Also got 24 bales of hay, and finished a pillow.
better than you expected for sure

Scraping and painting house and sweating profusely.
Heading to fair grounds now, taking kids to a monster truck showdown. I've never been to one either, hope it's awesome.
You will like it.... Though when I took my son he was about five... I had to buy head phones because the noise was too much for him.

Scg I envy you getting to go pick apples.
I planted apple trees but still have a couple years to wait on enough apples to do anything with.
We don't have any u pick places around here.

Micro that's fun that you decorate for fall.
I just put a wreath on the door and candle rings out.

I just took the blackberry pie out of the oven.

We have an apple tree the previous owner planted. It was loaded with apples.
The chickens got most of them. Although technically they were just ready to be picked and a big wind came along and blew them off. I was combining...lol.

The adult in me started to feel guilty about desiring to spend all my day in the sewing room when I have so much adulting things to do.
Yep that adulting can be onerous.... especially if you dont have someone to adult with.....:lau
