Good news, SGC. What bites is that you could probably use all the money you have spent to date trying to get the old system fixed and buy an excellent new wood stove.

Sometimes there is no justice.

I called an out of town friend who does this work he checked the prices for me.
They are coming Wednesday to fix the hot water heater. Thursday I am getting a new wood stove which we have planned for over a year. Going to be an expensive week for me.

Squash. Haven't met one I didn't like, or at least able to find a way to prepare it that I liked.

We had a very nice roadtrip to the onc today. All looking good, know for certain if I am still in remission when the "big" bloodwork comes back from the lab, by end of the week. Otherwise it was just a nice ride.

Checked the mail when we got home and I got my new BYC calendar!
I get them every year. Always pretty pics and I feel I help the site a little. Oh, and because I ordered early I got two really cute BYC bumper stickers.

I am so sorry, SCG. A friend of mine in FL had her son go that way. Causes lots of grief and regrets.

It is part of who I am. In a way he saved us from a long period of decline and suffering.

Dwelling on it doesn't change it.

You still have the good memories.
