The Old Folks Home

I don't care for Wendys at all but, my brother likes it. I should say my brother is a great eater, I don't think I've ever seen him refuse anything. Even when he doesn't like something, he cleans his plate. I don't, I cover stuff with napkins and I'm done.
Yeah, if i don't like something i am not eating it. Too much good stuff out there to eat bad stuff!:highfive:

Update: @Beer can and everyone else...Wendy's in Canada DOES have chili!!!
We've eaten twice now at Wendy's. And twice I've gotten the chili and the baked potato! It's very good and it agrees with me.:celebrate The chili is the slightest bit warm but the crackers help to mellow that out. The crackers work so well that I can eat the baked potato on its own. The last trip we discovered that the chili is gluten free...so now Dh is eating it too! (And I get his crackers) So thank you! :clap

Here's a pic of the first visit. Dh has a burger minus the bun.
(In case you're wondering what the open bacon covered situation was)

Wendy's is the only fast food place in the US that sells a baked potato!

Glad you were finally able to get/try (and like) Wendy's chili... I haven't had it in many, many years due to past experiences but maybe I'll give it a try next time I stop there. As for their frostys... IMHO they leave a LOT to be desired... But who knows, maybe you'll find them acceptable. I guess a lot of folks like them. I prefer a real ice cream shop and a real milk shake (or frappe if you prefer).

Perhaps buying a new pair of boots would prove cheaper? Or just buy some felt and cut out your own?

This may sound funny. I have to see a podiatrist due to ....well, deformed feet, lucky me. I have to use thick arch supports and rather than selling me pair after pair to fit my boots and shoes, she just gives me a sheet of this material that looks something like thick felt carpet pad. I mean this stuff is dense, and I cut my own..

May be find some carpet padding and make your own liners? Might be worth a try and how much can a square yard of carpet padding cost?

speaking as a fast food pro.... justa bout all chains will have off menu items.... Jack in the box will sell eggs any style as long as it can be cooked on a griddle.... I get three eggs scrambled every once and a while Ala carte price under two bucks.... not too shabby. and they are fresh cracked eggs not eggs from a bag.

just google off menue items from your favorite fast food restaurant.... You will be surprised.
