The Old Folks Home

I think the uterus is a highly overrated organ Important during the childbirth years then, well, they can be a pain in the pelvis, literally. I'm so sorry you have to deal with this over the holidays but thank the Great Spirit that they found something that is completely fixable for you.

We all here are rooting for you and here for you. Adding you to my prayer list.

Another day slips by, and here it is Sunday again. That means the slack workers will not show up. Here is the latest on my goat shed.

scg, that is a beautiful quilt.

Latestarter, I almost spit coffee all over my keyboard when I read about your breakfast catastrophe.

Most years, Dh works on Thanksgiving, so I usually go to a friend's house, or at least one of my kids will bring me a plate of food from wherever they've eaten their Thanksgiving. It's a treat for me to be able to do a Thanksgiving dinner, and have family come to enjoy it.

deb, I'm glad the waiting is over. Don't put off dealing with the uterine cancer, because when it's caught soon enough, it's one of the few cancers they can actually eradicate when they do the hysterectomy.
I have to wade through my health care provider... But yep Its gotto go...

Didn't want to click "like" on your original diagnosis post Deb... I mean there is a little there to like but then there's that bit NOT to like. I'm sure glad for you that they caught it now and hope you make it through the govt mandated health care maze in short order to get it taken care of. I'm pretty sure the prognosis for what you described is actually pretty decent... :fl:hugs
