What's a blackout curtain? Is that because you're too close to Russia?

We don't have curtains here.

I mean, they sell them, but I hate them.

I have them in the bedrooms. So we can sleep.

I also have some on the south facing windows in the TV room and living room. .. sun hangs so low in the sky all winter, it makes it impossible to see if you had no curtains..... well, honeycomb blinds...

Back from a day shopping picked the Son's Christmas present at Wally but had to pickup several things also normal time.. the guys went shopping yesterday right so they could buy for me one thing on my list was a new robe but cotton and long not white.. they even went to Olympia mall looking no such beast BF gave me his card sent to Amazon to order one for myself

I have been busy making a water warmer for the chickens. This is what i made and i will put metal flashing over it.

Tomorrow i am going to test it and see how hot it gets when closed up. The waterer will sit on top of it.
