The Old Folks Home

Ooops, sorry guys  TMI. Didn't mean to get so "chatty". Guess I need to stay away from my keyboard when I've had too much coffee and get bored.
I sincerely apologize to you Perchie, didn't mean to sound like I was trying to "one up" your very real suffering. Just thought that you being a horse person too you would get a kick out of some of my less than stellar escapades. (an aparently lame attempt to cheer you up)
I really didn't mean to offend anyone.
LOL.... not to worry.... didnt see it that way.... Not offended here. everytime i speck to horse people the convorsation invaribly swings toward our injuriy check list. Been bit Kicked Bucked off on purpose bucked off by accident reared off stepped on Dragged by the foot from stirrup,,, dragged by the foot by rope Fallen on twice..... Trampled and bonked in the face by a very hard head.

Fifty years worht of horsese.... not the best seat nor the best insticnts.... I always tell people YOu can have fifty years experience or fity one year experiences....

surprisingly I do muych better in the saddle or in the carriage than I do on the ground.

Never broke a bone out right but crushed one jammed one... though.

sorry for the typos...

Oh no Perchie! Don't say that, you'll make me cry.:hugs:hit

I used to think that then my sweetie found me. I was 52 years old when we met in 2005. He asked me to marry him in 2006. Found my engagement ring in my birthday card and we were married 9 months later. I did think I would ever find my my prince charming....but he found me so you never know when it might happen. So don't ever give up.

I've been married twice, and will NEVER do that again! They say third time's a charm... a third time would probably put me in my grave... no thanks. :tongue Besides, this way I get to flirt when I have a mind to and not get in trouble ;) Marriage for me has been vastly over rated.

And on another subject entirely, I need a few days of sunshine :barnie:hit
