:hit:hit:hit I miss the sun... Saw it for a few minutes yesterday.

The snow has stopped temporarily here, while temps are rising to 40's-50's for 2 or 3 days along with heavy rain. Ron you can have all you want- come and get it. Ground is still frozen so there will be areas that will be flooded. THEN back to winter & snow & ice.
What a relief, I thought it might stay warm, get sunny, and be beautiful.:barnie

Yeah, I know about the dietary cholesterol thing. Problem is, I'm constantly struggling to keep my weight around 120-25 pounds. Mother was diabetic and I saw first handed how it killed her. Don't intend to go that way. I am also very 'fat' sensitive. I love fried foods. Can't eat them as they irritate my GERD and IBS. I also gain a ton of weight. Let myself go once and ate what I wanted. Stepped on scale. Went from 128 to 147. Dropped 19 pounds at that point and just about convinced convinced myself that I cannot go there again. Lots of chicken, fish, turkey, occasional 93% lean ground beef. Carbs my big weakness.

Cholesterol stays between 198 and 236. Doctor says that is a good range and not to worry. They don't want me to take statins. I'm too active and even red rice yeast will cause me to have muscle problems.

I just woke up. Took a muscle relaxer. Back feels better, shoulder feels some better. Heading outside soon. The snow stopped, the sun came out and melted what little fell. Gotta make hay why the sun shines as the old saying goes.

Today has been a good day... items under control....Food, Glucose, Blood pressure, Sleep, and activity.....

slept through the night a whole seven hours.... well six hours fifty five minutes.

Love my fitbit. Their website allows me to enter foods and it makes notations for carbs.... So I have a record of steps and water. and sleep and weight with charts and even a community of like minded peeps...
