Fit bit has a great free website. I bought the one that hangs around your neck... longish and has several functions.I used to be. Would love to just let go and eat what I want but the calories really mount up fast for me. Can't exercise like I used to so I walk a lot. Still, when you eat with the amount of activity you do in mind you find yourself eating less to accommodate. Dad could eat anything without it showing up in his lab work, Mom was the opposite. I tend to hit the mid line.
Website once you put in your statistics Height weight age... Gender. It will give you how many calories you need to just maintain.... Then it gives you how many calories you burn just to maintain.. Then it shows how many calories you burned just by activity during the day based on your steps.. and compares them.
And it has a great food catalog.
