Um Ron? It is SAD when people do sh1t like that regardless if whether they care about cooking or not. What ever happened to caring that you do a job properly??
Too dry, too damp? We bought some cheese last fall from the family of one of the Farmer's Market vendors (meat). I think it was too dry. One was supposed to be a Gouda type, I think that should have a slightly creamy texture.
I know! It is terrible what you get for craftsman ship now a days
the cheese good for moisture. I did not get the curds melted correctly so there is a bit a bit crumbly. Not bad but not quite correct.
It will be better next time!
But you guys living out in the north east are used to not having spring until what? July? August? DH was raised in WI where he said they had two seasons. Winter and July. Me, I want SPRING AND I WANT IT NOW! BLAST IT!
