hard to do because of the regulations .... and I don't pasturize. ... So that makes it harder too. easier just to make cheese

We have regulations on Dairy here too. We can sell baked goods, produce and eggs but can't sell dairy products or baked goods with dairy products in them.

These are new sell at home and farmers market laws here. Dairy products in baked goods require a commercial and inspected kitchen with permits.

Here, the only thing I have heard that they are sticklers about is the sale of raw milk. The way around it is that if you ask to buy it as pet food, no problem. The Amish have signs up all over to sell eggs and butter. Produce also in season, but no milk.

Weird - it's generally the large scale manufacturers that have the food poisoning items and recalls.
